Organisational chart

Kifid is an independent foundation with its own Managing Board, the Arbitration Commission, the Appeals Board and approximately 75 employees. The Chair of Arbitration Commission, who is also a managing director, Eveline Ruinaard, is responsible for day-to-day management of Kifid. The office organization supports the work of the Arbitration Commission and the Appeals Board and is also responsible for preparing and implementing policy.

The chair of the Arbitration Commission, who is also the director, is supported by a management secretary, an office manager, and a Communications team. She also manages the Operations and Legal Affairs Managers, who oversee various teams, such as the secretarial teams handling complaints. The chair of the Appeals Board manages the staff who support the Appeals Board.
